Refund & Return Policy 

At KindaStor.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

   • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
   • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
   • Underwear, lingerie, and similar intimate products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
   • Personalized or customized products are also non-returnable.

2. Refund Process

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

   • If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, KindaStor will cover the shipping costs.
   • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

4. How to Request a Return

   • Contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp.
   • Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
